It's getting cold...

And usually this is when a lot of people become sick with colds and fevers...But as long as you aren't running a bad fever...you can still exercise. Of course you don't feel like it because you're feeling sick.

Activewear-on a budget

I suggest going to Forever 21 (click here)
Cute workout clothes from yoga to running to lounging or just out walking!
Plus, its cheap.
Compare it to Athleta's or Lulu's high prices! You can get a pair of yoga pants from Lulu for 98 bucks but at Forever 21...just 10 to 20 dollars. Thats cheap!
Right now, they don't have much online, but I'm guessing they are getting new stuff in!

Here's my snack/lunch

As you know yesterday was my first day to officially start the whole raw/real food. Not boxed foods and no sweets with fake sugars....so its been harder to find a healthy snack. So i make a protein pancake when wake up and let it cool, then stick it in a ziploc baggie with 5 almonds. Then stick it in the fridge and grab it before I leave for school. So I eat Greek yogurt and blueberries with cinnamon for breakfast. Here's my snack /lunch
