I'll start today with...

Had a rich lunch which was breakfast...
A spinch and cheese and tomato quesadilla.
Then had Tiramisu icecream (Publix*) on a cone.
Last day to goof off on eating.
But i must say, i have had a LOT of water today.

Arm workouts with 5lb weights
Pushups
Leg raises and butt raises and side kicks. 
Ran up/down the stairs 5 times as fast as i could! {1 up/1 down=1 time)
Squats.
