After workout

I did a 20 minute exercise routine.
1 min run, 1 min walk, 1 min run, 1 min walk...etc, until I got to twenty minutes. Then Sarahfit.com posted a new ab workout, so I did that outside 3 times. Then I did  Tone it Up ARM workout, I was sweating hard after. Now I got my smoothie.
Spinach
Blueberries(preferably frozen)
Half banana
1/2 tbsp of PB
A little kefir and a little coconut water
5 cubes of ice
Blend.
