Circuit Training Workout Wk #1

Finished!!! I got through the soreness and hardcoreness this week. I HAVE no idea if "hardcoreness" is a word...probably not since red squiggly lines are underneath it.....hmmm...
I am excited to get on to next week. I will be performing the circuit workout twice, and changing a couple of the exercises up or putting a few more in. I'll let ya know on Monday. Tomorrow, i have to run. I need to run long. No more 10 minute fast runs. I need a longgggggggg enduring run. I have got a 5-k in Oct. OMG.
I'm sorta sleepy right now, so this post is not very formal at all, i know.
I'm super lazy right now.
TOday, i ate:
Breakfast-> ~1 fried egg, 1 kashi waffle, 3/4 cup of cream of wheat. (I love grits, oatmeal, and cream of wheat)
Lunch-> I eat it around 2:30 because lunch at my school is at 10 am...and i dont like eating at that time when ive already had a big breakfast...So at 2:30 or 3 i had half a clif bar, and a little bit of some popcorn chicken. I was craving protein. Which is good!
Dinner->After my workout i relaxed and then went to eat some carrots and hummus and a Gala apple(my faves). If you want some good gala apples, go to COSTCO!! They sell the best...like you would see these apples in fancy diners and restuarants.
Its friday, so i sort of treated myself with about 200 more cals than usual...so i had a small bowl of popcorn, lightly buttered and salted. I had tons of water by the way, so i dont think it will swell me up.
I had some hot homemade cocoa. Made with dark chocolate...actually hot cocoa is good to drink at night because i believe it lowers the blood pressure...i've read it and been told...Hopefully no one is lying to me.
I've had a pretty crazy day, busy, walking class to class to class, working out, eating healthy...I feel great.
Now i am tired...its almost midnight
Anyway, have a good day tomorrow and sleep well!
