I did the workout i posted this morning from blogilates!
Plus i did about 6 other workouts and that were totally awesome. If you go to Tone It Up's youtube channel, than you can look at a whole bunch of them to do.
I worked out a total of 75 minutes then did an arm workout and then had a camp fire with the fam.
