Long time no post!

Actually its only been a couple days but i haven't worked out since Wednesday. Things were cancelled and other stuff came up.
But TODAY! I woke up early expecting to go run 6 miles then do a circuit workout...but nope. Missed me ride(Irish accent). So i went ahead and did a circuit routine...more like 3 different routines.

And yeah okay, i know what it says "Jump off the jiggle".....super weird, but its a great warm up and gets the heart rate going. Plus, it does more than it feels like. I should have done it 2 more times! I will Monday.

So get up and do something today!
You never regret a workout. Only if you're stupid and end up breaking something. But other than that...you never regret a good workout!
