I seriously hate it when Sat. is over because i love this day! I can do anything in the world! I wish i had 5 more hours to do some stuff!
Anyway........just to update on what i have done today....:
FITNESS= -15 minutes of running/ 10 minutes of bicycling
-1 round of the circuit workout i posted either yesterday morning or thursday night.......
-Many other squats and lunges and pushups and just random exercises that are really hard.
*Then after an hour, i came inside and cooked dinner, taco salad. I had a tiny little taco salad.
*My family and I had a little dessert. I made this earlier in the day and i took it out tonight and everyone warmed up a piece in the microwave for about 12 seconds. WARM HEALTHY CAKE? MAYBE....lol.
{No-bake protein oat bars Ingredients: 2 cups dry oatmeal 4 scoops whey protein powder (vanilla or chocolate works best) ½ cup natural peanut butter 1/3 cup of water or milk Directions: Mix all ingredients together in a bowl, and then press into a 9-by-9 inch pan lined with wax paper. Freeze for 40 minutes and cut into bars. Since these bars have a good amount of healthy fat, they are best used when you’re not preparing to exercise or recovering from your session, when fat should be avoided}
