Today's Workout

I did exactly the same thing as yesterday but i added an extra 15 minute workout! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fJYlQY2pI0c&feature=relmfu !!!! I was so worn out afterwards and definitely was breathing hard! You should totally do it!
My Menu for today consisted of:
1 fried Egg and cream of wheat for BREAKFAST.
Hummus and 3 crackers at 3:30 after school.
45 minute workout.
@ 6:00 p.m. i had a cup of homemade chicken tortilla soup. I only put a little handful of homemade tortilla strips. no cheese or sourcream in the soup. 
I then had a glass of unsweetened iced tea and a cup of coffee!
I'm guessing i've had around 1000 calories and around 60 carbs, maybe less calories, not sure because of the soup. But thats what i'm estimating. 
Something i really want to get is Ezekial Bread, you guys heard of it? I really want to try it!
Well, thats it for today! 
Tomorrow, i'm definitely going to try and practice for my upcoming 5-K!
