Just do it.

You won't regret. Do what you got to do to be happy and stop holding yourself back. You want to run a marathon? Start training. You want to get toned or lose weight? I challenge you to take a step up with me this week, next week, and for the next ten weeks to do what you got to do to become what you want to be or to get accomplished.
