WOOHOO!
Okay...Today is Monday. Did you read my posst lastnight? I hope you did. I motivated myself while writing it! I hope it motivated you!
So today, here is what i have eaten and i've done the challenge well for the first day!
:::
Breakfast: 6:15 AM
-Greek Yogurt w/ blueberries and cinnamon
-Glass of ice water
-coffee
Snack/Lunch: 10 AM
-Protein pancake that i cooked early this morning
-4 almonds
(I just tossed it in a ziploc baggie this morning and put it in the fridge then took it out before i left and ate it at 10:00 am)
Snack: 4:00 PM
-1 small gala apple
-coffee-water-
-And i took a few bites of a leftover scone from yesterday. (I'm definitely making those for Christmas dinner rolls)
I'll have a separate post for dinner.
WORKOUT:

And did this twice--> Plyometrics(click here)
Then i stretched and did some yoga poses afterwards.
