6 MILES RUNNING IN THE RAIN! I was drenched. My tshirt was soaken. My shoes wore filled with water. My socks were wet and gave me blisters on my feet. But however, I was not tired. So i stopped not. Went 1 hour and 10 minutes with no stopping. Perfect run.
Ate a KALE SALAD afterward. Washed my kale. Cut is up. Put it in a big bowl. Poured some balsamic vinegar and olive oil in it. Mixed it up. Cut strawberries and tomatoes, tossed that in. Put some slivered almonds in it. The end! It was good. OH and i also had some leftover chicken salad and i put a spoonful of that in there and mixed it up. It was the best kale salad.
KALE IS GOOD FOR YOU. I would say to go read up on it. I also experimented with kale chips. They melt in your mouth like a good potato chip, but they aren't fattening and full of nasty oils! Haha!
