Sunday Runday

So...
For my running session workout today...I did 20 minutes of suicides. Do you know how hard that is? So hard! Then i did 20 plyo metric lunges without stopping.
Its 9:20 and i just got hit with TIRED. Its absolutely great to be tired. I'm going to go cuddle up and sleep.
In the morning, im making steel cut oats. I GOT ALMOND MILK, so i'll put that in it. And i got fresh strawberries so i shall cut some of those and eat that!
Sound like a good breakfast? Totally.
Now....I'm going to go get full rest.
