Today i started officially on my all real or raw food "diet". ITS more of a way of lifestyle because i want to do this. Everything I'm going to be eating for the next weeks is going to be vegetables, fruit, eggs, lean protein, nuts, and anything God given pretty much.
I feel so good already with one day of doing it! I feel clean and so forth......and i have only eaten 675 calories today and i should eat at leas 1200 GOLLY! But I really should not eat anymore because its late and almost bed time!
I love having this restriction on only eating real foods because i know i can't give up on this lifestyle of eating healthy. And i know i cant go eat cheezits and crackers and boxed cereal and canned vegetables and so forth. So it helps me stay on track!
BE KIND TO YOUR BODY! Don't feed it all those bad chemicals!
WORKOUT: Did the full circuit of the RUSH WORKOUT by Tone It Up. Then did one circuit of one of their circuit workouts and then i did more exercises to pass the time! My arms are also a little wobbly from the arm workout ( http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zpotY6rZL4o&feature=channel_video_title) 1 hour of working out! CHA CHING!
