So, yes, I feel great by eating healthy and stuff....but man, am I tired after running 4 miles, sprinting, and doing leg exercises.
Forgot to take a picture of my food.
-Ate a sweet potato with cinnamon and nutmeg on it.
-Ate a few slices of cucumber and some sushi. And other stuff.....
